You could also just upload the volumes using sftp too, without using calibre web. There are some sftp servers available for kobos (including one included with KoReader, so you could batch delete the files using a computer or a sftp app on a phone. (Also the volume packs tend to be named properly so they should appear in order on your forma) After that, you could set up calibre web with the Kobo integration () so that the volumes can be wirelessly synced to the forma!
